From Shereen Jegtvig, your Guide to Nutrition
How green is your diet? I don't mean the color of your foods, I mean how do the foods you eat affect the environment? This week I have some green diet tips for you, we'll talk about organic foods and you can tell me what you think about displaying calorie counts on restaurant menus.

Have a great week.

Shereen

Diet Turn-Around Tips
Spring is here and those New Years resolutions for eating healthy foods and losing weight might be long gone. Do you need a boost to get back on track?
