If you got a grade for how healthy you are, what would it be? I know - if you're out of school, the thought of getting a report card for anything may cause hives. But, for a lot of us, the grade we give ourselves might be a little different than what our doctors would give us. I'm talking about this because I ran across a survey about how people and their health care professionals rate the country's health. It was kind of surprising to see how many people gave themselves high marks for being healthy while their doctors completely disagreed.

It's easy to think you're healthy, especially if you feel healthy, but most of us don't get regular check ups at the doctor to make sure that's the case. So, what's your grade and what do you think your doctor would give you? Just a little something to ponder on this fine Monday morning.
