From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., Your Guide to Stress Management.
Now that it's February, there's a new wave of people looking at the resolutions from January and realizing that they haven't met their important goals--and I know you might be one of them! You may be wondering how to strengthen your resolve and make things happen for yourself, or you may be wondering if you should give up, if you haven't already done so. (Or you may be saying, 'What resolutions?' and wondering if it's too late to set some goals.) Relax. This is actually the perfect time for change! This newsletter brings ideas on how to make changes this week, and points you toward the goals that generally bring about the most important types of change. Just look over them and see what inspires you--that's an important first step, and it can be a lot of fun! The format of the newsletter has changed, but you can still scroll down for more great resources. Have a wonderful week! -Elizabeth
