If you've made it this far, you deserve a party! A vacation! A big pile of money! I wish I could give all of those to you. Instead I'll just give you a big CONGRATULATIONS! I know, I know...the money would've been appreciated. Now, I've given you a rest week which means you don't have any workouts scheduled. Please feel free to keep working out if you're worried this will throw you off track. Otherwise, stay active but take a break from the routine to come back nice and fresh!
 
 
12 Weeks to Weight Loss - Week 12
  Week 12
This week, you have no exercise assignments...is it because I got lazy or because you really should rest? Maybe it's a little of both. Seriously, it's good to take a break from exercise now and again, but only if you can do that and come back to it. This week, I've given you some tips for continuing with your own workout program and you still get some nutritional and motivational tips. Congratulations for making it through this 12 Week Program!

Day 78
  Focus: Staying on Track
You don't have any assignments today, but that doesn't mean you get to laze around like a slug. Keep your body moving with activity! You'll learn ways to stay on track and more about being successful in reaching your goals.
 
Day 79
  Focus: Potstickers
Have you ever had potstickers? Because this is my latest food obsession--I LOVE vegetable potstickers. Try out this recipe or just go buy them at the store already made. You'll also learn more about staying motivated--or, rather, what to do when your motivation has gone with the wind.
 
Day 80
  Focus: Mangos
As you can see, I'm pretty much picking my favorite foods this week and highlighting them for you. I'm not sure why--maybe I'm just hungry. Anyway, check out the information about Mangos and then go get one, because they're yummy. You'll also learn about how exercise can help you quit smoking without gaining weight.
 
Day 81
  Focus: Bread
BREAD! There...I said it. These days, bread is often a dirty word but, today, I'd like you to take some time to learn more about bread and why it's not the enemy. I'm a big fan of bread (the healthy whole-grain kind) and I hate that it's being dissed by the world. You'll also learn about how exercise can help with depression. Wow...exercise does it all, doesn't it?
 
Day 82
  Focus: Food Labels
I'm sure the words 'food labels' sends shivers up your spine--who wants to sit around and read food labels? And who can make sense of them in the first place? Today, I've pointed you to an article that will teach you how to read food labels like a pro.
 
Day 83
  Focus: CELEBRATE!
Congratulations! You made it through the 12 week program. Today, I'd like you to spend some time celebrating--go buy yourself something nice, get a massage, plan a weekend retreat somewhere or just go home, turn on your favorite CD and bask in the glow of your accomplishments. You did a great job!
