Alton Brown's Four List Eating Plan
Being interested in kitchen science, I've enjoyed Alton Brown's Good Eats show. Last year, Mr. Brown noticed he had picked up some weight, and proceeded to lose 50 lbs. His approach is interesting to me, and not just because it's lower in carbs, but because I think his "list" approach might be helpful to people.

There is no doubt that the best low-carb foods are easy to be found -- just check the perimeter of any supermarket. However, we can easily bring a greater variety of foods to our diets with a few "extras." Check these out, and then share your own ideas with others.
