Why Do I Need Omega-3 Fats?
About.com reader Alyssa asks, "I've always been told that fats are bad for us, so I cut most of them out of my diet. Then I heard that omega-3 fatty acids are good for us. I know omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish, but can I get them from other foods? Why are they so beneficial?"
