From Paige Waehner, Your Guide to Exercise.
As I worked on this week's article about the winter blahs, I realized I needed an attitude adjustment. It's too bad there's not a lever on the side of my head that, when turned, instantly makes that adjustment. Instead, I just take a pill and go to bed.

That was a joke.

The truth is, attitude adjustments take some work, which is why I wanted to talk about the blahs and offer some ideas, from myself and my readers, for getting through a bad winter attitude. Hopefully, this will help you if your Attitude Adjustment Lever broke off. Stay warm and keep going, even if it's at a snail's pace.
