I took the week off between Christmas and New Year's, which gave me some time to reflect on the new year and what I want to accomplish. One thing I decided? To stop thinking about taking action and actually do it.

Whether you want to lose weight or quit smoking or improve your golf game, why not take the first step right now? Take a walk or smoke one less cigarette. Get out your golf clubs and putt a few. Do one thing in line with your goals and you'll be surprised how good it feels.
