Welcome to Week 10! How are you doing so far? Are you sticking with the program? Enjoying the workouts? Because you're almost to the end and I hope you're getting a little more excited about exercise. Come on...just a little? Lie to me! I hope you're at least getting into the habit of exercising on a regular basis. Get ready for your new challenges this week--they're going to be tough!
 
 
12 Weeks to Weight Loss - Week 10
  Week 10
Your assignments for Week 10 will be similar to last week, but with some significant changes in your strength training routine. This week, you'll be choosing your own exercises and setting up a new type of split routine. One day, you'll focus on chest, shoulders and triceps. Another day, you'll work your legs. The last day, you'll work your back and biceps. Exciting, no? Your cardio workouts are the same, so please choose these workouts or do whatever you like. As long as you're doing something, that's all I ask. As always, this is your program, so make it work for you.

Day 64
  Focus: Cardio Interval Training
You may have noticed that your schedule has changed yet again and you're back to doing intervals on the first day of the week. You'll also learn about antioxidants and how to use music to motivate you during your workouts.
 
Day 65
  Focus: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
Welcome to your new split routine. Today you'll choose your own exercises from a list for chest, shoulders and triceps. My list is in no way comprehensive, so don't feel limited by that. You'll learn more about vitamin C and some cool tools to help keep you motivated to exercise. Good luck!
 
Day 66
  Focus: Cardio Endurance
Yeah, yeah. It's cardio again. Do your thing, people! You'll also do some ab work today as well and you'll get some info on one of my new favorite foods--edamame. Eda-what? To motivate yourself, I'm encouraging you to go out and buy some new workout equipment. Please check with your spouse first so you don't cause a big ol' fight.
 
Day 67
  Focus: Back & Biceps
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to pick some exercises for your back and your biceps. Exciting, huh? Your nutritional goal is to learn more about healthy sauces you can make to add a little spice to your meals. For motivation, you're going to practice being grateful.
 
Day 68
  Focus: Variety
Get busy on your cardio workout and don't forget to choose one of the ab workouts (or your own) to get that belly nice and strong. For your nutritional goal, you'll learn more about healthy cooking tools (I like the George Foreman grill) and to motivate yourself, I've offered you a challenge--train for a race!
 
Day 69
  Focus: Lower Body
Today you're back to working your lower body. You have a choice of several workouts--or do your own thing. As always, modify! Because it's so hard to know how to eat healthy when dining out, you'll learn more about keeping your calories under control when you're out in the world. Your motiviational goal--well, let's just say it's a tough one. But you can do it!
