During the holiday season, I usually run less and eat more, so it seems inevitable that I put on an extra pound or two. This year, I'm resolving (yes, an early New Year's resolution!) to keep my pants from feeling a little too tight during that week between Christmas and New Year's. If I eat a little too much, it will just mean an extra mile or two on the treadmill! Happy Holidays!
