If you enjoyed your holiday festivities over the weekend, you know what today means. That's right - it's back to our workouts to work off some of those extra calories we ate. It's very snowy where I am, which makes outdoor exercise more than unpleasant. I actually don't plan on exercising outdoors until I can do so without wearing arctic gear, but if you're less of a cold-weather weenie, I've come up with a few ideas to make winter exercise easier.
