If the crazed people circling the mall parking lots are are any indication, holiday shopping is in full swing and that means one thing: None of us can find parking spaces.

Whether it's parking, shopping, sending cards or untangling those annoying lights and stringing them on dead trees in frigid temperatures, the holidays can bring on stress like no other time of year (well, maybe tax season). This week, I offer a few ideas for reducing your stress and you won't be surprised that exercise tops the list. At the very least, it's a better option than ramming into that woman who just took your parking spot.
