From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
Because April is Stress Awareness Month, my goal is to help you create or more deeply develop an overall plan for stress management. This week, I'm focusing even more on bringing you real resources you can use to combat stress in your life regardless of its origin. That means techniques that can help you manage stress from your job, from your relationships, from finances, or from other aspects of life that lead to stress. I encourage you to really get involved, and commit yourself even more to stress management this month--you'll be glad you did! Don't forget to scroll down for all available resources, and have a great week! --Elizabeth
