From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise
Whenever I meet with new clients who've never exercised, they usually have big goals. Aside from weight loss, they want to run 3 miles or do 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I love big goals but, the problem is, most of them can't do that much exercise yet and when they realize that (after, perhaps, running around the block and feeling like their lungs might explode), they wonder: Why am I such a failure?

How did you exercise during pregnancy?
Exercising while you're pregnant is important for your health and your baby's, but it isn't always easy. Nausea, fatigue, aches and a shifting center of gravity make it tough to stick with a consistent routine, even if you exercised before you were pregnant...Read more
