As an experienced personal trainer, I can honestly say that I've never fallen for a ridiculous weight loss or exercise fad.

And, just so you know, whenever someone says, "Honestly," whatever follows is a big fat lie.

I've actually participated in quite a few ridiculous fads, my favorite one being the Grapefruit Diet. I think I lasted half a day on that one. I didn't lose any weight, but I did avoid grapefruit juice for many, many years after that experience.
