How To Make Weight Loss Easy
Well, at least easier. About two-thirds of people in the United States are overweight or obese. That needs to change. Losing weight really doesn't have to be difficult.

Calculate Your Calorie Need
Do you know how many calories you need to eat every day to lose, gain or maintain weight? Start with this calorie calculator, then use a food diary to track your daily intake.

Artificial Sweeteners
Artificial or non-nutritive sweeteners add sweet flavor without adding any calories. Of course they don't offer any nutrition either. Learn more about the various types of artificial sweeteners.
