From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise
Too often, we think of exercise as a painful thing. There's sweating, burning, grunting...and that's just trying to get a decent parking space at the gym.

There's no doubt that results come from challenging your body and that isn't always comfortable. However, there's no reason you can't incorporate a few feel-good workouts into your routine. Feel-good workouts give your mind and body a chance to relax and enjoy what you're doing, something we often forget to do in our quest for weight loss and fitness. What's your favorite feel-good workout? If you need some ideas, I have a new flexibility workout that may do the trick. Enjoy and have a great week!
