From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
For the past 12 years, August has officially been known as 'Happiness Happens' Month. What does this mean for stress relief? A lot. Happy people tend to be less stressed, more productive, and healthier overall, which translates to even less stress! This month I'll be bringing you more happiness resources, but here are some good ones to start you off! Scroll down for more under Featured Articles, pass this along to anyone who may benefit, and have a wonderful and happy weekend! --Elizabeth

Happy 'Happiness Happens' Month!

Happiness Research You Should See
I've been blogging the latest happiness research for quite a while now, and have found many valuable nuggets of wisdom relating to happiness and stress. See some of the latest findings on happiness, with links to more information related to the findings.

What Makes YOU Happy?
Though research from positive psychology shows us that there is a recipe, of sorts, to creating a happiness-promoting lifestyle, the specific things that make us happy are somewhat subjective. Different things bring happiness to different people. Read some of my other readers' happiness recipes, and share your own.
