From Laura Dolson, your Guide to Low Carb Diets
You know you've got some good recipes when people ask you to bring your low-carb desserts and side dishes to Thanksgiving again and again. It's a great way to go, as you can stick to your low-carb eating more easily that way, too! Want more Thanksgiving recipes? They're right here. Laura

Mashed Cauliflower
The classic substitute for mashed potatoes, avoiding one of the biggest contributors of high-glycemic carbohydrates to the holiday table!

Green Bean Casserole with Onion Topping
You can use fresh, frozen, or canned green beans in this low-carb version of a classic.

Easy Spinach Casserole
Made with cream cheese and cheddar cheese, it's a yummy way to get your greens!

Sugar-Free Sweet Potato Casserole
No one is going to call sweet potatoes (also known as yams) low in carbohydrates. However, if you are going to have an occasional high-carb treat, sweet potatoes are a great choice, because they are packed with nutrients. This is a yummy casserole with a pecan topping (skipping the gloppy marshmallows!)
