How do you deal with stress? If you're like some people, like the woman who had a meltdown in the grocery store line the other day, you don't deal with it until it deals with you. Of course, grocery stores can do that to you. There are other ways to handle stress that don't involve grocery-store-meltdowns, something I'm talking about this week along with a few workout ideas.
