In belated honor of Halloween, I'd like to talk about something scary: Exercise. Oh, sure, that may look like an innocent little dumbbell, but inside that dumbbell is a monster - A monster who wants to take your muscle tissue and tear it into little pieces. It wants to hurt you, maim you, make it impossible for you to get out of bed tomorrow. And it doesn't just want your muscle...it wants your soul.

Sorry. I got carried away, but exercise can be scary, causing a number of fears (both real and imagined) that can keep you from working out. This week, you'll have a chance to share your exercise fears and tell us: What's so scary about exercise?
