Readers Respond: What Do You Find Relaxing?
One reader, Jeff, has this to say about meditation:
"All I can say is meditation, meditation, meditation,....so I went to the doctor 3 weeks ago and (though I am 37) he told me that I had the heart of a 20 year old ultra athlete, my resting heart rate was 36 beats a minute which he didn't beleive at first so he took my pulse again manually to check and it was still was 36 beats a minute. He asked me what I did to keep in such good shape, to which I responded.....life is a meditation. :) Why stress?"
What do you find relaxing? See what (besides meditation) other readers find relaxing, and share what works for you.
