I remember the first time my sister (at the time, a personal trainer) worked me out with heavy weights. What I remember most is being so sore, that I had to hold my hairbrush in place and move my head up and down in a torturous attempt to brush my hair. I also remember her poking me and saying, "Does this hurt? What about here? I'll bet this really hurts!"

Yes, evil sister, it does.
