It's wedding season and the reason I know this is because I'm getting emails left and right about losing weight for an upcoming wedding. Losing weight for a wedding is just like losing weight for any other event - a class reunion, a hot date, a vacation, etc. - there's no healthy way to lose 10 or 20 lbs in a week. I know - bummer.
