How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
This week's theme is "less is more!" This week, and for the rest of the month, a focus on eating less, spending less, and DOING less can help you stress less. You can also share your best tips in comments and Reader Response articles, and share tips on Facebook and Twitter. Enjoy your week! -Elizabeth
