I always eat healthy, balanced meals at home, with the perfect bountiful mix of fruits and vegetables, lean protein, fiber, and all the other good stuff.
- I overeat. When I'm stressed, I mindlessly munch. I tend to eat when I'm not even hungry, or even late at night.
- I eat fast food. I get too busy to plan meals, so I go to the drive-thru or get other 'convenience food' that isn't completely healthy.
- I'm an 'emotional eater'. I crave sweets, or food that has empty calories, too much salt, or too much fat.
- I skip meals. I just get so busy I forget to eat, or I don't get around to it until I'm starving.
