We've had a lot of storms here in the Midwest which leads to one question: How many times will I flip the light switch before remembering the power is out? Stormy weather may also force you inside for your workouts, which is why it pays to have lots of options to avoid boredom. This week, I offer a few ideas to make cardio machine workouts a little less tedious, including a new and slightly crazy medley interval workout.
