From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise

There's been a lot in the news lately about 'Chair Butt' - a phenomenon in which your butt morphs into the shape of your chair in direct proportion to how many hours you sit in it. There was even a recent study suggesting that 'Recliner Butt' (which involves a recliner, a remote and hours of TV) can't be undone by exercising at the gym.

I think we all struggle with Chair and Recliner Butt, but there are ways to avoid them. That's what I'm talking about this week along with a few other hot topics. I don't know about you, but I could use the heat right about now. Stay warm and have a great week!
