Customer Champion: starting salary: approx 30k yearly
------------------------------------------------------
The customer champion is a key member of the service
organization's management support team who will report to the
director of operations.
He/She will be responsible for motivating a team of support
consultants and for facilitating resolution on escalated tickets ,
issues and calls.
Responsabilities : Make Customers Happy - Champion their needs
- Do Customer Support when and as needed
- Motivate our great team of support consultants through
performance coaching, goal setting and incentives
- Participate in quality calibration and validation sessions
- Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and
recommending changes in tools, training, processes, reporting, and
act as employee advocate when dealing with HR or departmental
processes
- Facilitate customer resolution for escalated calls and engage
the necessary technical support for making our clients happy
- Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are
resolved and the customers are satisfied
- Report operational achievements and progress to the
operations manager on a regular basis including audits, statistical
analysis and improvement of action plans
- Work with other team members on a daily basis to ensure
operational consistency
- Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in terms of
efficiency of support processes, customer satisfaction and the
application of tools for monitoring management and optimization
- Build relationships with the operational and technical
department management of our key customers
- Develop a strong relationship with the sales and support team
to increase support services agreements sales. this includes
negotiating and closing service contacts
- Deliver and exceed on all team performance targets

graphic designer to join our A-Players Team, here in Montreal.
You should be passionate about design, curious about marketing,
understand Internet.
You should also take pride of your work, communicate
effectively and be keen to input ideas towards the design of the
industry.
Also, you have an eye for detail and appreciation for good and
great design as most of your work will consist of this.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing promotional media, such
as emails, online ads and banners, sales letters, pre-launch
content website, mini site graphics and taking care of various
miscellaneous projects.
You will also be in charge of maintaining our different
websites.
Requirements
- You have a "Solution" Attitude and you want to go places
- Photoshop
- Illustrator (an asset)
- Indesign (a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and Web standars
- Knowledge working with Print

- Create correspondence, maintain contract database and assist
with PowerPoint presentations for clients or meetings
- Prepare all Types of appointments including scheduling,
putting together clients and prospect files, booking conferences
and seminars, ordering material for the office
- Organize and maintain clients files
- Answer all clients/ representative/ home office personal
phone calls
- Go to the post office and schedule different payments for the
Team and the partners
- Work with the Accountancy department for maintaining a good

scripts, plugins, domains and hosting, installing and managing
split testing and similar scripts, working on various niche sites
and more.
We're searching for A-Players who are serious about their work
and want to move forward in a company that is constantly growing
and expanding at a rapid pace. This is a long-term position with
plenty of opportunity for growth.
