It's crystal clear by now that the voices that will change the thinking about diet and health are not going to come primarily from "The Powers That Be", though some slow (we might say "glacial") change is happening. One thing that I believe does push things along is for people whose lives have been changed to speak up! This week there's an opportunity, especially for those with diabetes, to make a difference. Make Your Voice Heard
A group of us in the low-carb community are looking for diabetics who have found that changing diets improved their health, to tell their stories for a special project. If you know anyone who may want to participate, please feel free to pass this along to them. Thanks!

Hurray for Cranberries!
Cranberries are in the stores! It's time for my annual pitch for the wonderfulness of cranberries. This low-carb super food is plentiful now, so grab some extra bags and throw them in the freezer. Then you can enjoy their sweet/tart goodness all year round!
