That's the general feeling about exercise this time of year when the heat of August converges with the onset of back-to-school mania, leaving everyone cranky, tired and, as my grandma says, rode hard and put up wet. Before you completely give up exercise, now is a good time to take a step back and assess what's going on. What does your body really need right now?
