Panna Cotta is usually made with cream, which accounts for its delightfully silky texture. But if you want a lighter version, this very low fat panna cotta does the trick. | Valentine Meringue Cookies For a perfect fat-free Valentine's Day treat, try these light-as-air meringue cookies. For best results, separate the eggs while cold, making sure that not a trace of of yolk contaminates them. Leave the whites for 20 minutes or so before beating them.
