From Laura Dolson, your Guide to Low Carb Diets
I remember my sixth grade teacher reading us poems about fall - "The Frost is on the Pumpkin" and "October's Bright Blue Weather". Well, both are happening where I live - we got our first frost this morning, and this afternoon's weather is warm and clear. Of course, pumpkins are everywhere - at the market, in people's yards, and at the schools. Happily, pumpkins are great friend for low-carbers because they are packed with nutrients, but the carbs are lower than many other squashes. I like to keep a few cans around all year long for quick soups. Have a lovely fall weekend! Laura

Are you afraid?

I had a very long night last night, my son Adam simply could not
sleep.

I know when I was a kids I had many nights spent under "The Magical
Blanket".

Evidently, my son read a book about Halloween at school.

Here is the fact he kept telling me.

"51% of people believe ghosts are real".

So because more than half believe it, then it must be true. This
was all my 8 yr old son needed to fuel his believe that his room is
now haunted.

He did get some sounds sleep in Dad's bed though.

But have you ever been paralyzed with fear?

To the point you couldn't talk ANY action?

One of the biggest skills you must master to get anything you want
in life, is the ability to overcome fear.

I'll go out on a limb and say it's the most important skill.

Above anything else, if you are paralyzed with fear. You will never
act, never grow, and new realize who you truly are.

I think the saying "The only thing to fear is fear itself" is one
of the most profoundly true quotes of history. Fear really is...

False. Evidence. Appearing. Real.

Because what you must begin to realize, and brainwash yourself
with is the fact that on the other side of your fears, great things
are waiting.

This goes in the face of everything your mind and body is telling
you.

Your stress hormones, your heart rate, etc. Is all telling you to
run away.

But you must condition yourself to go through it and to run towards
fear not away from fear.

Fear tells you only a few things.

1) This is new to me, and I don't feel equipped to deal with it.

2) I don't know what's going to happen. Which forces you to
perceived the worst.

But what it is really telling you.

You are about to experience growth. This growth is what takes you
to the next level. Be it financially, emotionally, or physically.

It's your ability to walk through fear, and come out on the other
side that will determine where you end up.

Here's a simple simple exercise I would like to challenge you with.

Look at your To Do list.

Now reorder it to do the thing you fear the *Most*.

* This could be calling a client.

* It could be making that investment in your business you have put
off.

* It could be getting to the gym.

What ever it may be. Do it first.

It's so simple, but so profound.

Here's what's going to happen.

You will at first be afraid, but then you will do it, and the rest
of your day will be freed from fear.

You will feel as if you just climbed Mount Everest first thing that
morning, and will be empowered to take on the other challenges of
the day.

But most importantly you will slowly reprogram yourself to face
fear, and as reality proves to you that on the other side of fear
is greatness.

You will no longer associate fear with ghosts, and goblins. But
with your ticket to success, and growth.

So go do that thing on your mind you are most afraid of, and keep
doing this exercise everyday from now on.

Keep me posted on all the things you suddenly accomplish ;)

Happy Friday,
Jared

p.s. I would like to share with you a piece of an email I received
yesterday.

"I took a chance and bought the Niche Spider and the training. I
have been playing with the Niche Spider all day and I am so, so, so
impressed! I have been uncovering niche after niche with it. I even
found some keywords I need to target for niches I recently entered.
I just found one that looks like an untapped goldmine! It has a
great value and an incredible amount of available .com keywords,
plus there are other ways to monetize it."

I'm telling you, this tool needs to be in every marketer's toolbox.
